This tutorial was made using paint shop pro 9,im going to be using this picture save it to your computer if you want to follow along.
Go to Effects-->Texture Effects-->Blinds
Im going to be using green for the color of my blinds,you can pick any color you want..now where it says Width that's going to determine how thick the blind lines will be
and Opacity is how dark or light the blinds will be, play around with the numbers and set it to your liking or you can put it how i have it..i chose the blinds to be horizontal,you can have them vertical or have the light go from left to top it's your choice.
Click on ok and voila! there you have it,this is my final result
This is also a good technique for blends,or you can just add blinds to your pictures.
