This tutorial was made using Microsoft Paint,im going to be using this picture feel free to save it to your computer if you want to follow along,or you can use any other image.
Click on the star shape on the left hand corner,this is the tool that we will be using to cut parts of the image.
Now make sure you select the second box.
Click on the magnifying tool and zoom in,it'll be easier to cut out the background while you have it zoomed in.
Click on the star shape and begin cutting your image.
After you've selected the part you want to cut out a box should appear on the selected area.Now go to
Edit-->Cut it should get rid of the background and now it'll have a white background keep doing this till' the
entire background is cut out.
Here is how my picture looks like so far....
Click on the paint bucket tool
And choose the color you want as your background i chose a pretty aqua :]
Start filling the white parts with your paint bucket they should now turn into the color you chose
as your background.
Here is my final product i added a cool border now wasn't that easy? :]
