This tutorial was made using paint shop pro 9,im going to be using this picture save it to your computer if you want to follow along. Go to Layers-->New raster layer MAKE SURE YOUR SETTINGS MATCH MINE then click on ok. Click on the pink box on the right hand corner,a box is going to pop up click on gradient,im going to be using rainbow pastel then press ok Now MAKE SURE YOUR SETTINGS MATCH MINE Click on the flood fill tool and click anywhere in the picture and tada your done! This technique is helpful when blending it will make your blends look nicer :]
