This tutorial was made using paint shop pro 9
we're going to be working with this image..if you want to follow along you may use this picture.
open a new image it doesnt matter what color it is i chose pink for mine.
now click on the text tool type in your text,im using a pixel font redensek if u want to download it Click Here the stroke width MUST BE ZERO. My text color is white the box on the right hand side must be white and no color on the top of that box.
after u typed in your text click on apply then click on select all and then float,copy it Ctrl+C
make another new image..i chose black for mine because that's gonna be the outline of the text..whatever color you choose will be the outlining of the text.
next your going to right click and paste as new selection..drag the text and place it wherever you like..go to selections..modify and click on expand.
you can expand the number of pixels,as the number of pixels increase the outlining of the text is going to be darker..click on ok.
WAIT but your not done yet copy the text Ctrl+C then right click on the image and paste as new selection..drag it and place wherever you want.
go to selections select none and TADA! your done here is my final result :D
